The Role

  • Plan and coordinate upcoming asset shutdowns (3–6 months ahead)

  • Schedule and oversee pre-shutdown inspections to assess asset condition

  • Develop and maintain detailed shutdown plans (12–4 week window) covering component changeouts, defect backlog, and strategic maintenance tasks

  • Collaborate with Superintendents, Project Managers, and Coordinators to plan labour and resources

  • Confirm BOM kits, order additional parts, and manage vendor scopes and budgets (CAPEX/OPEX)

  • Submit shutdown plans for review and ensure full stakeholder alignment before execution

About You

  • Trade background in heavy mobile equipment (CAT, Hitachi, Komatsu preferred).
  • Proven maintenance scheduling experience.
  • Strong planning, organisation, and time management skills.
